Windows Security Center Antivirus Override

I have BD Total Security 2008 which installed perfectly when purchased. The continuing problem that I am having is that the automatic update is being disabled. When I run Spybot it highlights the following - Microsoft Windows Security Center Anti virus Override. When I remove this the update works perfectly on re-boot. This lasts for a short period of time and then the update is again disabled so I have to go through the same process. This is extremely annoying - I have contacted support at Bitdefender who are requesting the dteauls of the error message which I dont have!! Any help to resolve this will be greatly appreciated

That is just information that spybot gives and not an issue. Here some more information. Try a complete uninstall of BitDefender. First right click on the red BitDefender icon on the taskbar near the system clock press on exit. After that download and run this uninstall tool. You will be asked to reboot if so do that. Be sure that you have disabled spybot search & destroy teatimer realtime protection. Install BitDefender again and use your current license key to register again.
