I have bd ts 2015 and windows 8.1 32 bit.I have 2 windows user accounts and bd is fine on 1 user account but the other account it says services now loading please wait?Please dont ask me to uninstall-reinstall because ive done that 10 or more times with same result.How can i fix this?
