Safepay never completes the initial scan. It gets stuck at 90% and "negotiating with server".
I have it and Bitdefender free AV installed on Win 8.1 64 bit.
Apparently the free AV and Safepay can not be installed together. I find that pretty ridiculous that a company can't even make their own offerings work with each other.
