Can't Install - Scan Stalls

I can't install this on Windows 7. The setup scan always hangs at 90% and the install never starts. I've tried both the downloader and the offline install, and both hang at 90%. The downloading middle bar has no problems and has the check mark. What should I do?

I used to use Kaspersky eset nod32 if that matters, and I've already uninstalled it.

If you haven't already done so, you might want to try the uninstall tools for those specific products...

A standard Windows uninstall doesn't always remove everything completely.
