After upgrading from BD 2013 to BD 2015, it was working fine for some time. after few weeks bit defender was showing fix critical error, after which i could not able to perform in bit defender (scan,update..). i could not even perform uninstall.. downloaded the uninstall tool from http://www.bitdefender.com/uninstall/ and also followed the steps http://forum.bitdefender.com/index.php?showtopic=33962 ... but still facing same problem...
