The message pops up when i am trying to install total security. But I did not install such software and I cannot find a way to remove it. Please help!!

If this security solution is no longer installed on your PC, it means that it left some registry keys behind. And they are detected by Bitdefender during the installation.
Please click on Start menu -> type regedit inside the Search bar / in the Run box and the Registry Editor appears.
In the left panel look for these keys and delete them (if any):

When you are done, restart the computer and try again to install Bitdefender.
