I have tried everything to cancel my autorenewal because I do not want neither the product anymore nor the renewal.
The support Tool does not respond or Progress, so I can not send the message via that support.

Can any in the staff here - knowledgable of the process - either guide me to the person able to cancel the renewal or post
exactly how to ?
* Like a lot of other people I obviously was lured into an autorenewal by not seeing any logical options to stop the renewal
process - (read all the posts here).
* Like a lot of other frustrated people here I find it being close to a scamming process, so before I take any action with my
bank or proper authorities, I want nothing less than a swift cancel of the autorenewal done by a proper staff member - or ...
* a complete guidance of how to manually cancel it (and no - the support Tool does NOT Work) - or ...
* being linked to a person that can do it without any further ado.
