Multiple Rescue Mode Entries On Startup

Had to uninstall and reinstall my trusty BDIS2014 to fix number of unresponsive features in AV settings. Now I have 2 entries for rescue mode at windows boot menu...I thought this could be fixed by EasyBCD but don't see any options there.
How can I remove the second boot entry item for Rescue Mode in BDIS 2014 at Windows 7 Pro 64bit startup boot screen ?
