Invalid License Key

Hi, I'm having a problem with my installation. I tried to enter the license key but was told the key was invalid. I bought this back in Feb 2014 and trying to install and activate now. This is frustrating. Please help. Thanks.

    Give them the license key details and where, when and how you obtained the key. It may take them a few days or more to respond. In the meantime you can use the product fully functional in trial mode for up to 30 days.
