Problem Installing Bitdefender Total Security

I have Windows 7. I try to install BitDefender Total Security. A screen displays saying Welcome to BitDefender. Before we continue we need to remove any other antivirus solution.


I click continue and nothing happens, it seems to close out of the install ******. I tried uninstalling my Webroot software, it still would not install.

    Hi. Can you try uninstalling your old security software first before installing BD? I think that could possibly just do the trick. 1.gif
