Bitdefender And Asus Ai Suite Iii Incompatibility

Hi, i have BSOD or freeze in my pc after installation of bitdefender 2015. i have already see this topic: http://www.bitdefender.com/support/bitdefe...tware-1209.html, the installation is working fine but the quick scan is not work (BSOD or freeze of my pc). i have already escluded the path of Asus from scan without result.......

I have windows 8.1 64 bit. Please resolve this issue, is very urgent....

Please uninstall ASUS AI Suite from the computer to address the issue.

Hi, i have solved the problem, now the quick scan is work..

I have installed this update for Asus AI SUITE from website of Asus labelled DIP4 V1.01.83.

This update is work for the motherboard Z87 deluxe and PRO...

Hello, Can you tell me more about this fix?

I'm assuming you have successfully updated your Z87 MB with New software that removes the conflict problem with BD?

If you have Could you post the web link for me?

I am using a Z87K and have had to disable AI Suite in order for BDIS to work.

When I had my desktop with ASUS motherboard, I refused to use Bitdefender products because of their nonchalant attitude about removing the AI Suite. AI Suite controls the entire motherboard, essentially. I just used Norton which has equivalent protection and uses slightly less resources. They do need to address the incompatibility with AI Suite. No other security solution has this conflict.

Trial downloaded, never installed. Your loss Bitdefender. Asus writes some crappy software, but this policy is inexcusable.
