trafficlight lets me know it's found (a) tracker(s), but it doesn't provide any options to do with it: what can i do with these trackers?

I also don't find any further information about the Tracker Identifier but I found this at Mozilla page.

Tracker Revealer: Trackers are code snippets included in web site pages to track and analyze your browsing behavior. TrafficLight quickly identifies and lists them.
