Okay Im Calmed Down

Im suprised you didnt bann me from the forums,its what i fully expected.

Anyways i did describe my problems with the program but maybe "since theres no directions"(unless you send them with the bonus disc)maybe theres some hidden setting somewhere you can alert me to.

Also i figured out that adaware the new version is the junk thats blocking my e-mail,even when its off-some registry guard junk that doesn turn off even if the program is off is blocking it(adwatch). <img class= " />

Your prog is junk like that as well,bending me over instead of letting me turn it off.

It scans my e-mail even when i got the thing off which means its still in the backround sucking my resources.

You people are freaks putting something on my comp i cant turn off. <_<

Solve it with an explanation or you robbed me and ill just re-up my kaperskys subscription.

What kind of freak is going to want to give you control over theyre computer just because screw-ups make viruses in the first place.

Unless you can solve this stupidity with a good explanation then go back to being brain dead and STOP MAKING SOFTWARE!

P.S-if i havent been banned form lavasoft forums im heading over there for some more butt chewing on em,this is unexcusable.

about bitdefender products : what i do not understand is why can't you turn off the mail scan. Every part of the program can be deactivated, from the antivirus to the firewall.

Have you ever stopped to consider that if BitDefender was to blame, your problem would be posted on here by dozens of other members ? But that's not the case. What does that tell you? It should tell you that most likely something else on your PC (or errors of some kind in your Windows installation) is interfering with Bitdefender. It may even be a malware infection.

You need to learn a basic truth about PCs & software. When an application doesn't work as it should it doesn't necessarily mean that application is faulty. If it was, everyone would experience the same problem. Every PC is different - different device drivers, different hardware, many are infected with malware. Some have system errors. Any of these factors can 'break' an application.

I assumed that because i used adaware for years that the new version wouldnt be a problem.

Adaware screwed up my system so badly i had to reformat but i also found out afterwards that bit defender is no problem at all.

Adaware was blocking me from reading my e-mail and just about any other problem you can think of including it wouldnt un-install. <img class= " />

I am still a lifelong customer for bit defender.It was my mistake and its a high amount of value to me that in my dumbfounded ignorance i wasnt banned for life from the forums.

P.S-it would be nice if i could turn everything in bitdefender completely off indefinately with alot fewer steps.

Bitdefender is still the best anti-virus though that exists and thats what i pay for not ease of options. :wub:
