Automatic Update Not Working

I have set Bitdefender to update every 2 hours. Most of the time this works perfectly, but every two or three days this fails and Bitdefender just stops to update. I then have to perform a manual update which solves the problem for a few days. Even if one update fails, Bitdefender should try to do updates over and over again till it works. Now after 1 day of not updating i only get notified via the widget, but this gets really annoying!
