Error Code (-1011)

HI, newbie here

Just downloaded Total Security from site. Product not updating more than 9% and giving error code 1011. Any help? :unsure:

Looks like all i had to do was a restart , then i tried again, and it worked. :huh:

A nice way to get it solved, I wish all the problems were that easy.
