Problem With Install Bitdefender Total Security 2015

Hello. I have problem.

I would like uninstall Bitdefender Total Security 2014 and I would like install Bitdefender Total Security 2015 but show me error with (uninstall and install this program) Photos in attachment.

hi, download the 2014 uninstall tool from this link. you will need the activation code handy for reinstallation:

restart the pc in windows safe mode and run the uninstall tool. it will remove the old version from your pc far easier than in windows normal mode. when complete restart the pc and try installing the 2015 version again
