Error When Clicking The Login Button In The Ui
When I am trying to login to my bitdefender, I am getting the error message. (pls check the attachment).
Earlier, I was able to install Bitdefender free edition correctly from my admin account in my desktop computer.
The internet is also running perfectly in my machine.
So I am unable to understand why I am getting the error message? (see encircled section in the image).
I think that though my Anti virus is installed, but it is not working.
My OS is WinXP (SP3)
Do I need to enable any service in my Windows desktop?
