Autorenewal!
OMG one month before Christmas I get an email saying that I have been charged 90 friggin dollars to renew a program that I had no interest in renewing!!! I cannot afford that right now!!!!! Is this how you guys get business? By having the product default to auto renew? I would like a refund IMMEDIATELY!!!!! I didn't even pay 90 dollars the first time I purchased the product. I could see yearly updates of say 20 dollars but 90 ###### dollars????????

At the time of your original purchase you had the option to opt-out of renewal, it seems you missed it (left the box checked). The only course open to you now is to contact Bitdefender and ask for their help -

Thanks I hope so too. I have been purchasing computer programs since the mid 90's have never had anything like this happen to me.0 -
I think that it's a sales tactic to have auto renewal bundled with the product purchase. They put it in the fine prints but as always including myself, no one would read that. I wish this will be taken out though.
