Anti-virus On Access Scanning Stuck On "custom"

Options

Hi, I have a problem with my BD2015.

'On access scanning' and 'active virus control' is stuck on "custom" settings, and I can't change them to normal settings. Well, sometimes I can't, and sometimes I can, but as soon as I minimise BD on access scanning and active virus control return to their 'custom' settings.

Windows 8.1 64 bit.

How to fix?

Thanks

I've uploaded the logs and the screenshot to show you what I mean.

Get database update then restart your PC. After that if you still find the same problem, please re-install Bitdefender software.

Just out of curiosity, open the BD main UI and see if Autopilot is On, if not, select it on, and see if you still have the same issue. Otherwise, try running a Repair, and see if that helps. Also, run an update and make sure you have the current build, which should be: 18.20.0.1429
