That certainly is not correct. Are you using any other security solutions (anti-malware, anti-adware, anti-spyware)? If so uninstall them.

Try a repair, Control Panel>Programs and Features>Bitdefender 2015 - double click it and choose Repair. Allow it to complete and then reboot your computer.

If it is still the same you will have to do a full un-install/re-install - http://www.bitdefender.com/site/Downloads/...sumer_paid.html

Please post back if you still have problems.

I have done a full reintall, and repired it. When I reboot my computer It still be there.

If another AV product was previously installed on the computer and was not completely removed using the apps manufacturer uninstall tool to do a complete uninstall prior to installing BDIS 2015 you can run into problems with BDIS 2015. Of course this also true with any AV product installed without a another AV product being completely installed before the new AV product was uninstalled.

It works well now. It may be caused by some system component. When I update my system, it is okay.
