2015 Installation

Story short: Bought the 2014 Bitdefender key, installed the 2015 version and the key doesent work. Guess theres no way to downgrade the version eh? What should i do?

Yes, the 2014 license key will work on your 2015 download provided it is the same version, i.e. BD TS to BD TS, BD IS to BD IS etc. Which version do you have?

Hey, it was the Bitdefender Total Security.

If you have a current Total Security 2014 license key and download the new TS 2015 that key should activate it. What happens when you add the key after installation?

"We were not able to validate the license key you entered. Please try again, or you can contact Customer support to get help with this issue"

There is a problem somewhere, contact support via e-mail and ask for their help. In the meantime you can use the download as a trial which will give you 30 days to sort things out.
