Activation Issue

Hey guys,


I could use some help, i have just bought bitdefender total secuirty on a 1 year 3 user basis. My problem is actually related to a friends system.


I installed BD on my system and ive had no problems at all, However on my friends system, which is a Dell XPS 420 it asks to enter the licence


key on the windows vista startup despite entering it when he was previously in windows. This will happen everytime the system is restarted or powered up.


Its almost like the system doesnt retain the licence key in the registry.


Once the key is entered BD will resume as normal and but the whenever the systems restarted or powered up it will go back to trial mode and ask for the key


to be entered again.


Any ideas guys?

    Vista 32 bit edition or 64 bit ?!


    With or without SP1 ?!

    Hes running ultimate 32bit without sp1
