Install Fail
My installation is failing with a dialog that Bitdefender cannot uninstall Norton products; however I have no Norton products on my computer and a search of all program files does not return a Norton product.

I have sen something similar before but with another AV that I didn't have. It is probably best to run the Norton uninstall tool found here, reboot your computer and then download the off-line installer for the BD you want from here -

Run the installer, say No to installing the latest updates (you can run an update afterwards). Let us know how you get on.
