No Activation Email

It's been a week, and I've still not received an activation email. I've requested the email be re-sent multiple times, via both the Bitdefender app, as well as the user-login area of your web site. I use gmail, and it's not in any of my folders (spam, promotions, inbox, all, etc etc). Is there a problem with sending activation links to gmail addresses? How can I get this resolved?

    There does seem to be a problem at the moment judging by the number of posts on the lack of emails/activation. Hang on for a while until the holidays are over and the Bidefender folk get back to normal.

  • I have the same problem and I couldn't even register in this forum but I used another email account and now I received the activation email. It seems that some email addresses are blocked or something.


    But even with the new email the program won't activate. I login with my account but nothing change, the antivirus is disabled.
