Connection Reset
Hi,
Ever since I have installed BD total security 2015 I have trouble visiting some sites.
I can't visit http://www.nbbclubsites.nl/club/27020/uitslagen and also the address www.outlook.com can not be opened.
I get the message connection was reset.
What can I do?

On my Windows 8.1 computer with http://www.nbbclubsites.nl/club/27020/uitslagen I get a "Secure connection failed" with Firefox but not with IE 11. On my Win 7 computer I can access that site with IE 11, Chrome and the latest Firefox. Outlook.com gives me no problems with any browser.
It was suggested to contact nbbuitslagen.transfer-solutions.com, have you tried that yet?

Thanks for your reply.
I found that if I switch of SSL scanning in BD 2015 the problem is over. Both with outlook.com and nbbuitslagen....
I wonder if it dangerous to have SSL scanning permanently switched of. Do you know that?

Hiya,
There is a User Manual - http://download.bitdefender.com/windows/de...serGuide_en.pdf and page 123 gives you the information on SSL scanning and how to whitelist sites. Try adding your sites and re-enable SSL scanning.

Hello Anemoon,
The SSL scan issue you report is solved in the latest build version 18.20.0.1429 of Bitdefender 2015.
To check if this update is installed, bring up Bitdefender and click the Update button. Wait until the process ends and restart the PC. Then, right click on Bitdefender icon from system tray -near the clock- and choose "About". You will see in the left upper side the build number: 18.20.0.1429
