Hey there all,

I have purchased bit defender and am having trouble installing it. While installing I get a message saying services stopped..............any ideas how I can fix it, my free trial period finishes today.......

Hi Crysty...................Sorry, I do not know how to do that, I am a wee bit technically challenged.....LOL.......It does start to install and then it stops. I am beside myself

Please use the BitDefender removal tool to remove any traces of BD from your computer, and try reinstalling BD.

Then start->run

Type mspaint

Enter

When Paint has started, press Ctrl+P

Than File-> Save as

And attach it here

later edit: you can make a photo with our mobile phone or camera

Do not delete files !
