can I activate & install BitDefender in Republic of IRELAND using a UK License? license is from a retail BitDefender dvd purchased from amazon.

can the UK license work in Republic of Ireland without any region error during activation as I don't want to open the product to find I cannot activate as then I cannot get a refund?

which regions are permitted with uk licenses? I presume northern Ireland is included but is southern / republic of Ireland included?
