Bitdefender 2009/2008 Can't Open Ftp

Hi all, just thinking about switching from KIS to BD


I've installed both versions 2008 / 2009 beta (one on XP and on vista)


Im using cute ftp and htmlpad both are using ftp to connect to remote servers, both are blocked by BD firewall, when i disable firewall its ok.


when both started for the first time, and i was asked to allow them i did.


is there any known issue about this and what should i do so i can work normally
