Refund For Auto-renewal

I knew my Bitdefender Internet Security was going to expire so I used one of the offers, from the program itself, to renew my license on Jan 20. Yet I was still auto-renewed on Jan 26th for $89.95. I called someone Monday night and they assured me that it would be taken care of and I would be contacted within 24-48 hours. It's been almost 3 days now and I haven't heard anything.


I submitted a ticket (ticket no: 2015012702120001) last night and again, haven't heard anything except I would be contacted shortly. I also called Avangate but they told me I can only get a refund from Bitdefender. I just want to get refunded for the $89.95. Can someone please give me an update on it?
