Nov 24, 2014 i purchased security for my PC. on Nov 25, 2014 you auto renewed my security and charged me a $89.99 for a product i did not want or ask for. for some reason you guys "slipped" in a box that had to be checked off to stop the auto renewal. which never happened the other 2 years i used your service. so i opened a dispute with PayPal. avangate said i had to talk to bit defender, bit defender said talk to papal, PayPal said talk to my bank. all disputes are closed. you guys said disputes needed to be closed to refund my money. then all of a sudden you need written proof that the dispute is closed? I talked to pay pal and they said they sent avangate confirmation email for the dispute being closed. You guys took away digital keys for 2016, the product was never used. I want my money back.

why would you need written proof? how hard is it to send paypal a email, or a phone call. why am i getting the runaround ?
