Firewall Slows Movies On Computer A Played From Computer B

I have Bitdefender Internet Security 2015 on computer A, Norton Internet Security 2014 on computer B. I run Windows Media Center on computer B which accesses movies on computer A through a Windows Homegroup network. If Bitdefender firewall is ON, the movies are jerky and unplayable. If I turn Bitdefender firewall OFF, the movies play fine. No other Bitdefender functions have any effect on performance. Just firewall. The adaptor settings are Network Type Home/Office, Stealth OFF, Generic ON.
