Unable To Reregister
Eight days ago I bought BD Antivirus for another year but when I try to log-in my password is refused. I have spent considerable time trying to solve the problem to no avail. If I use 'forgot my password' it comes up with the identical password that I have always used and then rejects it.
I have also tried using Register, which still shows my previous email address, but my password is still rejected using either address.
Having had no antivirus protection for a few days I have uninstalled BD and installed AVG free to give me protection.
If this cannot be solved , how do I go about getting my money back?
PS: I live in the UK.
