vsserv.exe stops working for no reason

It seems after my computer has loaded doing anything causes a Bitdefender Report Wizard to open and say that vsserv has encountered a problem and needs to close, it seems to happen instantly every time MSN Messenger is opened or a few seconds after an internet window is opened, if nothing is done it still happens after a few minutes. I try to submit the error using the wizard but it fails every time. Any help would be great.

Hi Hiroaki06,

There is always a reason why a program stops working. There is no such thing as stops working for no reason. The hard part is to find the cause and to eliminate it.

This issue (vsserv crashes) has already been reported before on this Forum HERE.

Please continue posting there, because it's a lot easier to find the cause of the problem when you have all "clues" in one place.
