Fix Error Tab Does Nothing
Hi gang, I'm using BD Internet security 08 and upon starting the program, I now get a number of errors under the Security & Parental Control headings. A few of the ones with the check boxes do not respond when I click the "fix" tab. Under current status they in fact say "disabled". Interesting considering I didn't (knowingly) disable them. Clicking "fix all" from the home page produces the same result .... nothing.
FYI, not all check boxes are giving this same problem. Disk defrag, disk clean up as well as back up seem to work although these are unchecked boxes as I use other programs to accomplish these tasks.
Anyone have any thoughts?

My mistake. You are correct Crysty2k5, I am indeed running Total Security 08.
And the problem persists. I am beginning to suspect the issue perhaps lies in my pc. It's actually been acting up lately. In spite of running regular applications of a well known utilities software to ensure peak performance, my system is not responding like it used to. Most notably, web pages that are very slow to load.
I wonder if I caught a virus that BD let through?0 -
