System File Moved By Bd
I downloaded the free v10 Virus Scan and it found infected system files. The report says it couldn't disinfect so it MOVED one. I tried to reboot and get stopped cold:
STOP: 0000135 (unable to locate component) This application failed to start because ba###fue32 was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem.
I can't boot the computer. I tried a SAFE MODE boot but it won't work!
I can't find a phone number to contact BITDEFENDER so I'm sitting by the computer waiting for this post to be answered.
Please help?
