Activation Email

G'day.

I've installed and registered BitDefender Free, but I haven't received the activation email.

I've double checked the email address, and looked in the spam folder.

I've requested a re-send through My Account, but still no email.

Can you help, please?

I have the same problem.

My email is at hotmail.com

I can't receive activation email and now my virus shield is disabled.

I even couldn't register this forum with this hotmail address and I used my other gmail one to post this.

It seems that sending confirmations to hotmail is not working.

I need your help please. How can I activate my account ?

I used the chat feature in Support (logged into my BitDefender account),and he fixed this in about a minute.

The same problem with me, when I wanted to release the activation mail. Support claimed me to be an absolute exception. They did not explain the reason for the problem. But they did something to resolve the problem with me, too.
