I Keep Getting Error: "av Defender Status Failed"

Hello,


My company uses a version of Bitdefender called "Security Manager AV defender" (remotely managed AV). We keep getting alerts from various client installations that say AV Defender Status failed. This happens after scheduled AV scans. The alert shows that files were scanned, but also says its hasn't completed a successful scan since we installed it.


Any ideas?
