Licence Renewal Problem
I am trying all week to renew my licence but I cannot go through to the last step when I cliick to checkout.
I cannot enter to the store neither from mybitdefender account, neither from the avangate renewal email link, neither from the software when I click buy now, now that bitdefender has expired. I tried everything from 2 pcs that I had registered bitdefender.
This is the message I have from my browser:
ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT

Do you have an active security software installed like a firewall other than BD? Try to disable that. It would be worth the try if you can verify if the Avangate renewal link is working okay.
