De-activate License On Crashed Computer

Hi!


My PC crashed after HDD failure and "died". I had bitdefender installed in it and now I can't delete it from myBitDefender dashboard nor install BitDefender on my brand new computer as there are no spare license keys. How can I free up the license that I'm not using anymore (the one on the crashed computer)?

    I have exactly the same problem in that I cannot delete devices from my dashboard, "My Bitdefender" is very unreliable.
