Activation Error

Hi,

I installed Bitdefender Internet Security 2015 on windows 7 pc ( 32 bit)

After installation i try to activate product but it gives error.and product shows trial version.

I am sending screen shot for this error....please give the solution for that

You don't suspect a malware?

Did the installation run smoothly?

According to one of the picture, the key is obsolete...

where did you buy the software?

I didn't see that it said the key was obsolete but might as well verify this with support. I think it would be a good feature for BD to just show a message regarding the specific issue like if a key used is expired.
