Time To Whip The Horses To Get The Job Done Before Juli 29
Installing Windows10 InsiderPreview 10130 (latest pre release) made BIS 2015 cause a BSOD and after restoring a backup from Windows 8.1 it works fine. Juli 29 the full Windows 10 release is planned. Time to whip the horses if you ask me.

Hiya,
They have already stated that Bitdefender will be compatible with Windows 10 when it is released at the end of this month. It is a bit early yet as Microsoft are still adding to W 10.

I did a clean install of W10 TP 10162 on Saturday. Did not install any BD products LOL " /> Install went great except Windows Defender did not work " /> However, Microsoft fixed it yesterday? it now works after restarting today.
It appears very solid. Only programs that I did not install were
1. My UPS software - Not compatible at this point.
2. EMET - Not compatible at this point.
3. Any Bitdefender product - Not compatible at this point.
Everything else I had running on W7-SP1 on that computer is working fine. This was the third build of W10 TP I did a clean install of on that computer. As a result I had a pretty good idea of what would not be compatible so I had no problems with the clean instlall. Like I wrote, 10162 is working great now that Windows Defender is fixed. All my other scurity software like Malwarebytes Premium, Malwarebytes Anti-Exploit Premium, which does basically the same thing as EMET, WinPatrol Plus, WinPrivacy Plus (which is a great Windows App), SuperAntispyware Pro, IObit IMF Pro. Wise Care 365 Pro etc are working as they should be. Needless to say one can see I believe in "layered security" Took me years to find a combination that worked that I like, but I have been using this combination for over a year along with Bitdefender with no problems. Only two exceptions are WinPrivacy Pro and Malwarebytes Anti-Exploit Pro which I added in the last several months without expriencing any conflicts or problems. Though if one uses EMET and MBAE they need to so some manual configuraton of both to insure no conflict and get maximum benefit from both.
Interesting that according to IObit, IMF Pro 4.0 will incorporate the Bitdefender anti-virus engine. IMF Pro 4.0 is due out later this year. Clearly if one is using both; i.e., a Bitdefender product and IMF Pro 4.0 there will no need to turn on the Bitdefender AV engine in IMF Pro. In fact, doing so will probably cause a problem.
My guess is that at some point maybe on July 29th Btidefender will be compatible with W10. We should either see a post under Updates or maybe we will have to check their website under system requirements for each program to find out when Bitdefender is compatible with W10.0 -

According to my sources 10162 with not be the RTM build.
I think once the RTM build is finalized which should be Thursday we should see an update to Bitdefender making it Window 10 compatible. However that Bitdefender update may not be released until July 29th sometime in the morning before Microsoft begins pushing down upgrades to Windows 10 and the Windows 10 ISO.
My own sense of things is that it will be a simple Bitdefender restart update that could even take place during one of the restarts that will be part of the Windows 10 upgrade for those upgrading via Windows 7-SP1 or Windows 8.1 or the one of the restarts during a clean install from the ISO. I wouldn't sweat it.0 -

I am running 10162 and they say the RTM will be out in a couple of days, that and the announcement from Bitdefender that there will be a 2016 beta probably next week gives hope that those of us running Win 10 can get back to our favorite antivirus.0
