Include Offline Kit In Basic Installation Info
Seems a lot of new users (incl myself) are advised to use the "offline install" after various hangs & freezes; but this advice wasn't easy to find. Perhaps the note about the option to use the offline installer could be part of the standard info furnished to first-timers.
