Cannot Unblock Process

Hi everyone!

I've been using Bitdefender Free for years and have just come across my first problem: whenever I try to run a particular program, the process is blocked.

I used the program with no trouble in Windows 7 and 8.1, but as soon as I installed Windows 10, Bitdefender began blocking it. The real problem, however, is that I cannot unblock the program. When I try to do so by clicking "unblock" on the notification, nothing changes - the program continues to be blocked each time I try to run it.

Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks in advance for your help

Please read other topics... It is necessary to reinstall BD before installing W10... You'd better reinstall BD and reinstall it again.

Which program is being blocked? It could be that Bitdefender is now detecting it as a false positive so please report it to Bitdefender using the Sample or URL Submit form - http://www.bitdefender.com/site/Main/autom...SampleUploader/

@Lionet Thanks for your advice! Unfortunately, I've reinstalled Bitdefender from scratch and am still having the same problem.

@Rohugh Thanks for that suggestion! I've gone ahead and submitted my file and am waiting to hear back. The program is Plants vs. Zombies (lol)
