Update Error -2002)

Hello,

This is my first topic so please excuse me if I do anything wrong or do anything against forum rules.

I am using Total Security 2015. I have been trying to update it -with my 64 bit Windows 8 laptop- for last 2 days but I always get same error code and cannot update it. Error code is -2002).

How can I solve it ?

A possible cause there:

error 2002

another possible cause:

Laptops are usually sold with softwares we need more or... less

We need one and only one firewall

one and only one antivirus

Check and deinstall any other antimalware soft

I did try all you said but still no good.

Is there any different solution ?
