Two of those files appear to be AVG files. You should have completely removed all previous anti-virus applications before installing Bitdefender. Having more than one active anti-virus application is not recommended. Leads to all sorts of conflicts and computer slowdowns.

BD does not scan password-protected files. That is normal behaviour. You could run the BD online scan if you are concerned and also download Malwarebytes Anti-Malware Free and scan with it as well, just to be sure.

Hope this helps. Have a great day.

  • Thanks for replying.I did uninstall the previous applications I used before installing BD , however these two passwordprotected folders stayed and I don't know how to remove them. I''l try the scans, thanks.

    Hi edwardio,

    How did you de-install AVG?

Phil Campbell is right, but I admit it's often difficult to be sure a software is fully deinstalled.

Another way to check you have no malwares: to make and lauch an analysis in safe mode.

    rescue disk

  • Thanks for the advice! How do you make and launch an analysis?
