I Installed BD antivirus 2008 recently after norton expired. I removed norton as requested and since BD has been installed i've had so many problems. The login process has changed, says something about can't load user profile so has to login as a guest where I have only about half my programs there barely any of them are accesible. Internet explorer works but barely anything else.
I can't seem to change anything because all partitions of the hard drive seems to have been converted to read only files and it won't let me change them back so can't modify anything. I can't uninstall BD or seem to do anything constructive to help rectify the problem.
I've tried logging in safe mode but still won't let me change the read only files
any help would be appreciated
