After Uninstall, The Webpages With Malware Are Blocked By Bitdefender Still

I uninstalled Bitdefender Free and the websites with malware (es. eicar test) are blocked by Bitdefender still.

The browsers (Chrome and Explorer) show the text "Bitdefender Antivirus Free Edition Has Blocked A Page!"

I executed "Gonzales_UninstallTools.exe" but the block is present still

I reset the browser settings to default, but the block is present still.

There are not browser extensions.

How to completely uninstall this feature?
