Need Offline Installer kit 2016
i can't install online installer !!!

I provide PC help and support for many friends and family. I have always recommended they purchase Bitdefender for security - until now.
No offline installer kits? This is a MAJOR issue. It is impractical to download the product for each and every installation, (slow ADSL).
The new subscription model will drive customers away. This is a very BAD business decision - PLEASE say you will rethink, Bitdefender!
PS. I am right in thinking there will be no media pack (CD/DVD) in the shops? Why on earth have you chosen this approach?!!

A lot of companies use online installers. I think that there is nothing terrible. Bitdefender have a lot more important bugs at the moment...
