With the same settings as in BIS2015, the firewall is blocking direct connections in qbittorrent (have portforward but I no changes have been made in qbitt's settings)
Qbittorrent is added at exceptions (allowed on any network type) and my network settings are:
Network type - trusted
Stealth mode - off
Generic - off

Also, i have already tried the <<deleting the rule, close program, turn off firewall, start program again, turn on firewall>> combo.
PS: Operating system is Win10 x64.
