Can't Uninstall Bd Toolbar From Thunderbird

I had Bitdefender Internet Security 2008 on my computer and removed it. It has left behind the toolbar in thunderbird. It shows up in Thunderbirds addons but the uninstall button is greyed out. I am running vista if that makes a difference.
Any ideas?

Sorry this topic must be overlooked. Please download this BitDefender uninstall tool. Be sure that thunderbird is closed when running this tool. To be sure that that is the case open taskmanager by pressing the windows button together with r now type taskmgr press enter press once on the processname colomn and look for an entry called thunderbird.exe if present left click on it and choose end task.
